Hi, my name is Raphy. If you're on my site right now, it's because you either want to sell your property, have an estate that you need help with, or are behind on your mortgage payments. While there are many brokers out there, my clients will attest to the fact that I am honest, experienced, responsible, and get the job done right.

I am the broker of Springtime Realty and Development Inc., otherwise known as STR. I've been in the real estate business for over 18 years. My motto is – No Spin, Just Great Service! As an agent, I have had the opportunity to work with experienced brokers who could not stress enough that the client always comes first. When Raphy created STR, this became the driving force behind his success.
